There are two libraries – one Nivedita Library meant for the junior boys in the Junior Section campus and the other for the seniors attached to the Vidyalaya (Senior Section) building. The junior boys' library has about 11,000 books and subscribes 15 journals and periodicals.

The senior boys' library has about 20000 books and subscribes 20 journals and periodicals. A number or leading dailies in Bengali, English and Hindi are also subscribed to both in the hostel (Bhavana) as well as in the Vidyalaya. In both the libraries there is a spacious Reading Room providing the right atmosphere for browsing among books and journals.
